Shipping & Returns Policy
Quantities and custom designed T-shirts of each product are limited. Re-orders are not guaranteed.
1. Jewelry:
- We accept returns for credit refunds only and do not facilitate exchanges.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date to be accepted.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@remiskiosk.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return, at management’s discretion (no smells, marks, tears, unused, complete with all original packaging) if the item being returned does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy. If returning a damaged item you must submit an email and a photograph upon the day of delivery in it’s original box showing the damage. Please allow up to 4-7 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive and approve your return.
2. T-Shirts
- Refunds or credits are not available for T-shirts marked as sale, clearance or final sale. Returns and credits are permitted for T-Shirts only if postmarked within two (2) days of the delivery date.
3. Drop Shipping Returns & Refunds
- All returns and refunds must be made directly with the originating company.
Return authorization for items shipped in error, will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.
The following items: Clearance items, Custom Products, and are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items may be “open box” but must provide a photo upon delivery, be unused and complete with all original packaging. Shipping is paid by customer.
Credit Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees and restocking Fee.
Except for items that are returned for being damaged or defective, to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking certain items, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged for the refundable items. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Handmade Items
Handmade items are non-returnable.
