To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

• Neck: Measure around the neck, just below the Adam’s apple for comfortable fit.
• Chest : Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the armpits and across the nipples.
  Make sure the tape is flat across the back.
• Sleeve: Measure from where the top seam of meets the neck collar all the way down tho where the sleeve ends.
• Waist: Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close just under the stomach area, above the hips.
• Length: See the shirt image
